Some WOW!!! Featuring Solo

I had the perfect opportunity this morning to do a photo shoot....

Emelia was teaching Solo how to do some tricks

using a CARROT as bribery!!!

So I took some great photos

to use with my lovely new HORSEY WORDS OR WHATEVER!!!

I also used today's sketch from Sketchy Thursdays

"For the love of a crunchy carrot"

I used WOW's

Horse Shoe Runner

Rearing Horse

and Banner...

Here he is reaching high for his carrot...

He is sure there is something in the pocket...

Now to get it out without a bite on the bum!!!

Now its in the front pocket!!

Trying to get Solo to bow

by lifting his front leg

and making him really reach behind him for the carrot!!!

He dips his back legs doesn't he....

Not the front like he is supposed to!

Or he just reaches around with his really bendy neck!!!!

 He is a funny horse!!

Emelia is really interested in horse handling at the moment.

Looking up Natural Horse Management on Youtube

and learning heaps...

then she  comes out and experiments with Solo...

He is picking it all up fast!
The thing that suits Emelia most is that its all done in a halter and bareback!!

This bloke has rarely seen a saddle and bridal lately

and he is so well behaved without all that other equipment on him...

But of course, you cant do this anywhere else other that the backyard of paddock!!

 Day 29

Heaps of Stuff to Share

FIRST:

Year 12 Formal Decorations

These are the decoration Mum and I did for the Year 12 formal last week.

It looked really great!!!

The teachers put on a few songs during a slideshow and did an awesom job...

How sad is it when the band is singing "AM I EVA GONNA SEE YOUR FACE AGAIN"

and the audience is TOO YOUNG to REMEMBER the proper response!!!

Very Sad!!!!

It was the adults who were thinking it....... but alas there was no response. The only ones knowing it being to Old and responsible to say it out loud!!!

But we were all saying it under our breaths thats for sure!!!! LOL

NEXT:

I found this little husband eater out the back as i was taking my layout photos...

Eyes pealed ready to pounce on me!!!

AND:

I saw this article today here about the new Tim Buton Film

"Alive in Wonderland"

Of course Johnny Depp is playing the Mad Hatter.... What other roles are there for this actor!!!!

"Alice In Wonderland has already started production, with Anne Hathaway as the White Queen,

Burton's wife Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen,

and Aussie up-and-comer Mia Wasikowska starring as Alice.

Little Britain stars Matt Lucas and David Walliams have been cast as Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee - and you know that's gonna rule!"
