December Jounral Day 2 - 5

Its been a hugely busy few days i can tell you!!!!

Day 2 of December saw the offer of two new scrapbooking positions as i have already shared...

OMG and that has been so busy!
Random talented scrapbookers from all over the world are getting strange emails from this weird woman about new Digi Mag!! Too funny!
But i am gettng there, its nearly all put together now... Phew...

Also on Thursday it was time to set up the tree..

So Emelia and I did that

and put a few bits and pieces around..

I bought Bambi and Faline's Twin Fawns... arnt they adorable...

Its been raining for most of December so far!!!!

Then on Saturdau Night it was Jacks Annual Christmas Party...
Got all dulled up.... and so did everyone,,

So we did a photo shoot!!

OMG this was so funny!!!
It took a bit to get us all in the selfie shot!!

 

 There was alot of cheek by some poeple!!!!

  

 Jack felt a wet thing in her ear??

 Di was getting up to mischief with the little cherub!!!

Poor little thing lost its innoscence... lol

There was so much laughing going on...
Stu came up from our place after being at another christmas party
and said he could hear the cackling 2 block away!!!

 But eventually we got a couple we could use....

And all this went on before this started!!!

But we missed Brenda, she couldnt come as she was at a work christmas party!! :(

A Layout for me....

I love this layout..

It turned out so gorgeous....(If i do say so myself!!)

I was playind with the November Storyboard Kit

but have added my own prima products

and also a Words or Whatever Flower Flourish...

Inspired by Bridgette (Our new Master!!!)hehe

I have used blanket stitch around a circle that i wrinkled up and sanded

to add dimention

and i have lifted the title with 3D tape..

STAFF WRITTER!!!!!

I am still in shock really...

So my job will be to write an article each month

and sourse and commition layouts to go with my article...

I am totally going to need all you Digital/Hybrid scrappers out there to let me know who you are...

Calls with go out on all the usual places to get layouts,

but i am also allowed to request layouts that will be suitable from Artists i admire...

Please if you are a digi scrapper, or even just thinking about digi scrapping,

please leave a comment and i can link you into my list of contacts that i can call on from time to time to supply me with layouts for articles....

December Journal.............Day 1

 Last year i made a December Jounral

and its so nice to refer back to.

I havnet had the time to make one up this year

so i have decided to do my December Jounral on my blog instead!!!!

So this is how the month started!!!

During the week, my first christmas gift was custom made and delivered

by one of my oldest and dearest friends

Jo...

Jo and I met way back before we even started school.

We were at the local greyhound track that both her father and my father were helping to build!

I met Jo's sister Sandra as she was more my age,

but i remember Jo as she had the most curly unruley hair!!!

(The things you remember!!)

But when i repeated school in Year 4, i ended up in the same year as Jo when we met up at high school.

And we have been mates ever since...

She was "Foges" back then and i was "Heag"  lol

Anyway Jo is learning to decorate cakes...

and look at her awesome work!!

 And this one is mine.......

Dontcha just love these little guys!!
So Cute!!

Also, christmas punches!!
I love punches!!!
I bought the ornaments one from here in Australia

but the other two i got from the States..

They are a bit hard to find!!!

So I am ready now to make my chrissy cards!!
Now, where can i buy some time!!! lol

Fun at the Fair

 Emelias "old" school...

being that she has now left school, had their fun fair on Friday night!

It was such a pleasant night

jsut the right temperature!!

I was called upon to do what i do...

Balloon Twisting...

So me and two other ladies sat twisitng all night.

The two helpers had never twisted a balloon until i showed them how half an hour before the event!!

But didnt we breath a sign of relief when another "professional" twister came along with his pump!!

So the four of us had a very busy night...

Originally i was requested to wear the clown suit!!

No way, been there and done that and got the tshirt!!

I dont feel any need to do that anymore, but i did offer them both my clown suits if there was another person keen to give it ago..

and there was..

I managed to get a photo with one of them...

He enjoyed the suit for the night.

This was before he had his face done though....
