Book Review - A Dark Guardian Novel Book 3 "Dark of the Moon"

I gotta tell ya,

i liked this book the best out of all three so far!!!

I cried silent heavy tears in this book

so adorable...

I want a werewolf to love me like that! lol

Upper Horton Junior Rodeo.... Yihar!

Today was an interesting day....

We started bright and early to get all our functions done

My apprentice and i!!!

We had a 21st, and a ball

plus i did a consultation for another function tomorrow night

and then we were off by 11am to go to the big city of

Upper Horton....

Population: around 1200

Today they were hosting the Junior Rodeo

Emelia's bf Jesse was riding and we thought it would be a nice day out for the girls....

It was really interesting too.

I used to go to the odd rodeo when i was young.

My brothers were keen to ride the potty steers.

I even had a go myself, and i dont remember it ever being this safe!!!

This young bloke is 8 and he is the World Champion Potty Steer rider in his age division, so he is doing it fairly independently...

But the boys dont let them hit the ground hard.

As soon as their time is in the boys are there to catch them

They have this young fella, i think they said he was 4.

He was held the whole time and they lifted him from the beast when he was about to fall.

The older guys (Under 14)

could have more independence

Some had a hard fall like this guy!!

All in all it was a lovely day

It was quiet warm in the sun

and there was no wind

all very pleasant.....

A Layout and my new apprentice...........

My new apprentice and i have been busy again this week

making these awesome columns for a cocktail function

this weekend....

Book Review - A Dark Guardian Novel Book 2 Fullmoon By Rachel Hawthorne

Its winter ok....

Instead of scrapping every night

im going to bed early to my lecky blanky

and reading Teen Novels... lol

This one "Full Moon"

was awesome, just loved it.

This is the story of one of the other characters from the first book and it tell of her transformation from teenage girl to Werewolf...

Finding true love

and the struggle between what your parents think is right for you against what your heart is telling you is right for you...

Really enjoyable!
These books would make a fantastic movie!

Ive made no secret about my love for Werewolves....

Im "Team Jacob"

all the way...

So how exciting was it to come across this series...

In the Teen Section at Big W

These books are about a group of young

Werewolves.

Actually this book was so interesting

i read it in ONE DAY!!

And I started Book 2 Yesterday and i will finish it tonight!
They are easy to read

and the story is unique.....

Book one has a few storyline glitches, but she seams to have fixed that in book 2.

Really enjoyable

If you enjoyed Twilight, True Blood

any of those

you will love these ones.

Solo's Revenge

Emelia and Solo went to a Rally Day today...

Not usually all that stressful,

except Emelia hasn't fed Solo for three days!!
So today he was looking for REVENGE!!!

He tried to run away when we caught him

but his tummy got the better of him and that was no big deal

But the first thing on the menu today

was jumping!!!

Usually a good thing

Eventually he did jump a couple of jumps

Then he decided to lay it on!!!

Nothing we haven't seen before....

Typical stuff!
I told Emelia this morning when we caught him,

"Solo is going to get revenge on you today for not feeding him!"

But its always entertaining for everyone!

Its no a rally day unless Solo rears up!

He was happy to get home to have a roll though..

He is so cute!

Too human for his own good!!
