N/Y 365 Day Challenge - Day 5

Challenge Update

I got on the scales this morning... i know you shouldnt, but i just had to see.....

I was 1.4kgs down on yesterday morning.... so how happy was i about that!!!!

Today felt pretty good. I was good, having my shakes and only low GI snacks and meal.

Drank heaps of water and went for a walk...

So day two of the actual eating part went well.....

Blind Challenge - Scrapbook Memories

So whos doing the blind challenge in this months Scrapbook Creations.... Due on the 7th.

I started last night. So not happy with it. But im not one to chuck a layout out and start again, i will try and make it work.

Repair & Maintenance

Its been a while since ive had any work done on myself...

Ive been in no mood, ive been so depressed because of my weight and hence i was making myself "pay" by not allowing trips to the "garage".

So today, i endulged in some beauty therapy.. no noice....

I got my nails put back on....

and had a Foot Fetish!!! Pedicure...

My ugly feet look somewhat human again rather than ape!! LOL

Its so lovely seeing her family being able to make the loss of Jane a positive thing in promoting awareness for Breast Cancer... Such a strong family!!!

New Year 365 Day Challenge - Day 4

DAY 4 of my New Year Challenge sees me starting on the Shakes.....

I thought, why wait til Monday!!!

So i had the berry shake for Breakie and lunch and chicken and veges for tea.

All in all it was a pretty easy day.

I drank heaps of water!!!

Had my designated snacks and have even been for a walk....

Day 1 on Slimmm a success!!! Yay!!
Its one day at a time for me!!!

New Year 365 Day Challenge - Day 3

In line with my New Year Challenge.....

Each day working towards a thinner me!!!

Today, rather than joining Jenny Craig again, like i thought i would do,

I decided to give Slimmm a go first,

My friend Kaysie is looking so Hot following this eating plan, so i thought i would give it a shot.

So i bought this starter kit today,

but i will make a fresh start on Monday.

But i did weigh in at the chemist today.....

The machine gives you a print out of your height, weight, BMI.

I will weight in this way i think monthly, but keep a track of it mayself on a weekly basis...

So this is Day 3....

Other than that stuff,

I have spent the entire day working.

This morning doing functions and this afternoon washing chair sashes, and ironing sashes and covers...

I still have do finish the covers and then onto napkins..

So time consuming!!!

Tonight i am going to scrap and no one is going to stop me!!!!

As mentioned previously...

Josh blew his bike up on Sunday....

But look what they bought home today!!!

They bought this GSXR600 from Tamworth.....

Josh cant ride it for another month though...

He is very frustrated!!

Here is my FULL pandora.....

Gary & Kel bought me the Monkey Family charm for Christmas... Its so nice!!

I also bought the Queen bee with the little gold crown, and a cupcake with little gold cherry... so cute!!
So now its full!!!

I still have my other silver pandora bracelet, so i am going to pull a few of the silver charms of this one, and replace them with two tone charms...

365 Day Challenge - Day 2....

Unfortunately, I cant really start it until i go to Jenny Craig. I will ring them and make an appoitment asap.

But the mental stuff is a continual process. For some reason, it hasnt hit me this vividly before.... I know i can work on the mental stuff this time to keep the weight off.. I know what i have to do...

I am going to scrap an album of the process, i think it will make great therapy. Thanks to a challenge i did last year, i have all my feelings about the whole process documented... Isnt scrapping a great hobby for this reason!!!

My Port Macquarie Holiday

These are the guys we went to see...

Because Gary & Kel couldnt make it to Gunnedah for Chrissy, we decided to head over the see them.

The boys left on their bikes on Saturday, and came home Sunday, then we headed over on Sunday...

We had a picnic at the beach on Sunday night... KFC!!

On Monday, I picked up my brother Mat and we did a bit of shopping. Then We also picked up my Niece Cass and had a bit more of a look around. I wanted to get a photo of them, but they wouldnt let me!! :(

On Tuesday, I picked up Mat again and we went down to the beach for a bit of a paddle.... The dog wasnt real keen on it.. She ran off and hid under the car poor thing.. But it was lovely!!

Wednesday saw us just vegin out a bit at home!!!
We went to the pictures to see Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler!! Great movie!!

Wedneday night... New Years Eve, we headed to Taree to Gary's mates Adiens place.

Very interesting night!!

As usual, the boys got upto all sorts of mischief!!!

There were lots of dares being thrown about, with one being Gary eating a lit cigarette!!! MAD!!

Gary just loves Emelias Mat.... Even if his hair is too long!! Gary insists on trying to hold Mat down to cut it.
Then we had the trip home...

The first hour and a half being this!!

But we are home now.....

On the way back from Port on Sunday, Josh blew up his bike!!! So sad!!! He went missing in Tamworth and Stu had a dreadful 3 minutes thinking that Josh had come off.... He was nearly in tears before finding him miles behind going very slowly. They had to go back to Tamworth and pick it up in the ute.

Josh gets his black liscence for the bike 2nd February, so the search is on for something bigger. He well and truely outgrew his 250! So its in the shed now pulled appart.

They have looked at a few other bikes. He is looking for a GSXR 600/750.... If yourve got a good one that cheap.. please ring!! LOL

NEW YEARS CHALLENGE!!!!

I know I ahve done this challenge before, but this year it will be for another purpose.....

I have just one goal this year, but it will be made up of several components.....

My overall goal is to:

• loose the wieght i have gained over the last year and a half...

About 20 - 25 kilos (I think... I havnt been game enough to weigh myself!!)

• In line with a previous post that i have since deleted, i am going to work on the emotional side of my weight gain - Emotional Obesity..
• I will make a daily record of my attempts to achieve this goal!! Using the whole 365 day photo thing again....

I know i have attempted this before.... but this year Im going to do it!!!

I will be ringing Jenny Craig and making an appointment, I am going to go on the program and stay on it!!!!

SO, here i am today, Bear in mind i have just had a New Years Eve Party, very little sleep and just drove back from Port Macquarie with a sick daughter!!! (Car sick!!)

I just thought i would share with you my first post.....

It was my GOALS list for 2007

How things have changed!!!

Well, I am attempting to have another go at making a Blogspot.

My life is very boring really and i find it hard to find stuff to talk about, or rather stuff that anyone would be interested in reading.

I am a really keen scrapbooker, its what i do.

In between scrapping I have my own business which is Balloon Decoration and Delivery and also a Wedding Decoration Service.
I am a very dedicated scrapbooking forum surfer and love to look at the galleries to get inspiration.

I also very much enjoy reading other peoples blog spots.
I am also on a weight loss journey. Last year saw the loss of 30 kilos and I am hoping this year sees the loss of the rest.

I would really like to be at my goal weight by June. Although, Im not sure what that goal weight will be at this stage.
My chosen sport is Archery.

I have a number of goals I would also like to achieve this year with that too.

Too Funnym these were my goals 2 years ago!!!

I managed to loose another 5 kilos and get down to 79kgs. That was a lowest i ahve weighed since about year 8.

I achieved most of my archery goals that year and that was to win the National ABA 3D Archery Competition.

I was also on the winning ABA 3D Team.

Isnt it interesting....

Here was the list for 2008....

I still would like to have layouts published in magazines and i am going to have a go at the Masters.

I have now been published and have some more in the wings for this year, plus i wrote an article - so i achieved that one...
I will set the more realistic goal of losing 10 kilos this year.

OK, I think i successfully gained most of the weight back this year.... (Please see 2009 New Years Goals!!!)
I would like to compete competitively in IFAA archery.

Didnt happen!! Lost interest in that too!!!

tI would like to be avble to emotionally support my son through his HCS and get a better understanding of how the system works.

Well, i was trying to emotionally support him, but he lost interest and i still dont understand the system!!!
Actually survive my daughters progression into adulthood!!! Shes so going to kill me!!!

I did survive this JUST!!! And it was so hard!! (Please see goal 2!!) But we have become so much closer through the process and i am very proud to say that she is making the best choices now for her future...

Continue to build my businesses.

I survivied the downturn in business due to the droubt, so i suppose this could be deamed successful!!!

What a great idea this whole blogger thing is... I would never be able to look back to see how i have grown if it wasnt for this....

I will think about my goals for this year and post later...

I know one of them... I think i might just stick to that this year!! Its a HUGE one!!
