I got an email last night from the wonderful Julie from A2Z Sraplets.......
I was offered a spot on their design team, which i very quickly accepted!!! How great is that!!
Im so excited.
A2Scraplets are a wholesale chipboard company and have some wonderful pieces....

My ring is back from being resized, so now i have to so the whole marraige certificate thing as i am wearing a different ring....

Weight Loss Update

Just thought id better give all the challengers my update!!!

Kaysie is going really well with hers. Her blog says a loss of 24 cm!! WOW!! Great job girly!!

Its been a week and a half on WW on-line. Gotta tell ya, Im loving it and i dont feel like im missing out on anything at all. Im eating with the family most nights and even having desert. Snacking when i feel like it. Im really pleased!!

And the best thing is that after a week, id lost 2 kilos!!!

Very happy. Im cofindent too this time that the switch is flicked and i will loose what i put on when things went south!!!
Im looking forward wearing the next size down again that have been hiding in the back of the cupboard over winter!!!

Look here is my Nanny Job and Poppa Sids place in Figtree Wollongong..... WOW!!

This is great technology isnt it.......... This whole google maps street view thing, and im not really a terribly polictical type person...
But why?
A little car with a camera has driven around the world taking 3D photos of all the streets.. Imagine how long that took. The news said about 7 years...
Who paid for that. Sure google is hosting it. But who financed it all and for what purpose?
I think this is just disquising a more siniter reason... For spy work and such.
When you think of the technology of aircraft and weaponary, they can jsut program in an exact target.
No doubt im being niave as they have been targetting countries with bombs for years. Maybe this is the citizen link, where the common person can take a look at the technology being used in warfare!!

This CRANE birdy didnt stand a chance when it took of in flight - the WRONG WAY!!! Straight into the muffler of my sons motorbike!!
Thank goodness the bird hadnt got too much pace up, otherwise it could have knocked him of the bike!!!
Bet he wont do that again!!

Been doing a Kim Archer class today... Dispite the fact that after paying for the class i couldnt access the step by step instructions!! Very frustrating!! I waited all day for an email response - but nothing!!! SO i just used the pdf ones, with no piccies...

Yeh, not my style.. its the fresh vintage class....

But i used the Rusty Pickle Pirate Princess Paper too.. Probably combining too many different eliments id say... But anyway, thats what scrap booking is about... experimenting!!

For no reason at all

I was in the kitchen today, watching a movie doing my folding in my tracky dacks....
Stu had been away at Tamworth all morning, then flew in and out again.. as he does all day with his business.
Then he came home again and came to give me a cuddle.
His pocket felt lumpy so i said, is that a gun in your pocket or are you just happy to see me??
He said, "Why dont you have a look"
So I pulled out this little wrapped parcel...
Ok, is this for me?
He said, yes just open it....
Why?
Just open it....
So I did and i cried....
I couldnt believe my eyes....

In 1999 sometime, 2000 maybe, i was packing up the house for the thrid time moving yet again and lost the diamond from my engagement ring...
As like most couples when they are youg, my engagement ring was lovely, but only small and cost a fortune on storemans wages, so to replace the diamond was going to cost more than the ring was worth. SO we put a cubic zerconia in it and Stu said i will buy you another one when i have some money.....
Of course, i didnt think that would happen for ages yet as we are just coming out of a drought and things are still tight with paying off debts and all....
So i was speachless to see this... and for no reason, he just did it.....
I do have a very romantic husband dont i?
